The society office has its own app on the phone and a web panel for the big screen. Billing, approvals, gate activity, guard tasks and settings, with the same look and the same data in both.

What the committee sees
The whole society on one screen
- Dashboard and analytics for residents, visitors, dues and expenses.
- Maintenance overview showing billed, collected, pending, overdue and advance held, with a ledger per flat.
- Payment approvals. Each payment an owner reports is approved or rejected here, and the receipt is issued.

Set up a society in four steps
Create the society
Name, address and the committee members, with the rights each one needs.
Add blocks and flats
Wings, floors and flats, from the web panel in one sitting.
Approve residents and add guards
Residents ask to join from the app and the office approves them. Guards are added with their mobile numbers.
Set billing and guard tasks
The maintenance amount and cycle, and the timed tasks for the guards. Then the first bills go out.

About the office app and web panel
Is the web panel included in the price?
Yes. One price per society covers the resident app, the guard app, the office app and the web panel. See pricing.
Can more than one committee member use it?
Yes. Every committee member signs in with their own mobile number and gets the permissions the society gives them.
Does the committee need to install anything?
The web panel opens in a browser. The office app is the same UrbanGate app, with the office view for committee members.
