- No per-flat or per-user charges. One price covers the whole society, however many flats or guards it has.
- No payment gateway fees. UrbanGate records the cash and UPI payments your society receives instead of taking a cut.

Because the price is per society, the cost per flat falls as the society grows. For 15 months of UrbanGate:

About pricing
How much does UrbanGate cost?
₹11,000 per society for 12 months. The first subscription gets 3 months free, so it runs for 15 months. One price covers every resident, guard and committee member, every app and the web panel.
Is there a charge per flat or per user?
No. The price is per society, whatever its size.
Are there payment gateway fees on maintenance?
No. UrbanGate does not process online payments. The society collects maintenance in cash or by UPI to its own account and records it in the app, so there is no fee on the money.
What happens after 15 months?
The society renews for the next 12 months at the same per-society price. Your records stay with the society.
