About membership
How does the membership work?
The society takes a 12-month membership. The first membership gets 3 months free, so it runs for 15 months. One membership covers every resident, guard and committee member, every app and the web panel. Ask for a quote for your society.
Is there a charge per flat or per user?
No. The membership is per society, whatever its size.
Are there payment gateway fees on maintenance?
No. UrbanGate does not process online payments. The society collects maintenance in cash or by UPI to its own account and records it in the app, so there is no fee on the money.
What happens after 15 months?
The society renews the membership for the next 12 months. Your records stay with the society.
