How do I request a demo?

Fill the form on this page or email contact@urbangate.in with your society's name, city and approximate number of flats. We will arrange a walk-through of the app and the web panel.

Where can I download the app?

The Android and iOS apps are coming soon. Until then, we set up societies directly. Write to us to get started.

I forgot which number I used to sign in.

UrbanGate has no passwords, so you sign in with the mobile number the society office registered for you. Ask your society office, or write to contact@urbangate.in with your society and flat.

How do I ask for my data to be corrected or deleted?

Email contact@urbangate.in. The privacy policy and the account deletion page explain how each request is handled.
